FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My House Fitness makes personal training affordable. We have no long term contracts. You pay month-to-month, so you can adjust your program based on your fitness progress and current schedule. We offer a variety of packages to fit your budget and schedule. Pricing depends on the frequency and length of your workouts - with discounts for those individuals who are okay with working out with up to 3 other people, under the supervision of the personal trainer. Price Range is $36-$60/ per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an initial 30 minute appointment for you with one of our personal trainers. You meet the personal trainer and see the facility, so you can ask questions. This is FREE. Then you decide, when to schedule an hour long Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation, at the cost of $99. You discuss your fitness goals and identify limitations while our certified trainer evaluates your current fitness level. This is a one-time charge and is never again charged to our customers, even though they will have wellness evaluations every month for as long as they continue with us. A recommendation is made by the personal trainer and you decide how often and when you would like to schedule your fitness program. Your personal trainer designs a fitness program based on your current fitness level-designed for you to reach your fitness goals effectively.
