- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For portrait sessions, my prices range from $60 to $250, depending on the duration of the photoshoots and various other factors listed on my portfolio website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's how the booking process works with me: 1) I start by asking the client what kind of photography services they need. 2) I then explain my services in detail and discuss any special needs the customer may have. 3) Next, I provide the customer with an estimate of the cost for the services. 4) Additionally, I discuss any additional services that I can offer. 5) After that, I request the client's contact information and discuss the available payment options. 6) We then discuss a timeline for the project and any deadlines that may be involved. 7) I make sure to note down any special instructions or requests from the client. 8) To secure the spot in my calendar, I require a calendar deposit, which I will collect. 9) Finally, within 24 hours prior to the shoot, I contact the client to confirm the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of experience using a DSLR camera, encompassing all aspects of photography. Additionally, I am skilled in digital editing with Lightroom Classic and currently participating in workshops to enhance my proficiency in Photoshop.
