Here’s what you can expect when partnering with LiLu Interiors on your next project: 1. Interview – Meet with you, preferably in your home, to learn your goals, dreams and even your concerns. 2. Letter of Agreement – Written confirmation of the project scope and fees. 3. Design Development – Meet with you throughout the entire process in order to explore the following: • Design Programming – Gather more detailed information required to fulfill your needs • Concept Development – Explore ideas and develop sketches to identify a design solution that addresses scale, massing, line, texture, color, shape and more • Spatial Relationships – Study traffic, flow, support of functional needs, furniture layout and interrelationships of vertical and horizontal planes • Selection – Choose or design finishes, materials, furnishings and fabrics 4. Design documentation – Written and drawn documentation of the design solution; finish and fixture specifications for your contractor; technical drawings for remodeling, lighting plans, custom cabinets and custom furniture 5.
