Can’t recommend Mr. Maison enough! D responded to my request in no time - seriously was within about 15 minutes - and we had an appointment scheduled shortly after. He was right on time for the appointment, was respectful taking his shoes off and wore a mask, and got right to work. He found the source of the issue we’d been having and thoroughly took care of it. Was super pleasant and communicative in explaining everything. I’m sure we won’t have the same issue again, but for anything else that we need a plumber for, he’ll be it.

Mr. Maison plumbing team is very knowledgeable very thorough in their inspection for water heater repair, shower repair or any plumbing needs. Maison was able to proactively find out critical issues for the water heater and corresponding reinstallation of water heater was done. Very quick in water heater installation and took care of replacing the old one at Homedepot as well. Excellent work and very neat clean work.
To be honest I have taken service from different plumbers in Minneapolis and thumbtack but Maison Plumbing team were most knowledgeable in plumbing among them and provided the best customer service so far for a very good price as well.
I highly recommend since they provide correct precise advice and very respectful as well to customers.
He even clarified other bathroom remodel queries as well for prospective work.

We worked with them to get our new kitchen faucets and some shower heads installed. The technician arrived on time and was very patient. After he arrived, we realized that I did not get some parts that are required for the installation. So he was patient until I got it from a nearby store. His work was outstanding and we have had no issues at all.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $45 for the trip/diagnostic service fee to come out and give you a quote. If hired the trip Charge is waved and we give you a flat rate charge. We provide upfront pricing on all repairs and services. we also have a Fifteen percent (15%) Discount to our customers who sign up for our yearly Whole House Plumbing Inspection Program. Respond with your address and phone number to schedule your appointment. Subject to change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen, diagnose, provide a set of recommendations and if hired complete the project on site; typically the same day (if scheduling allows).
