That's why10 years ago we were the first company in our space to adopt an online scheduling system that allowed our customers to schedule based on their availability and their convenience through our online real time scheduler. We were also one of the first companies to adopt flat rate pricing for air duct cleaning there are far too many horror stories of customers who are quoted One price and then charged another. We realized that the best way to establish credibility with our customers is to let them know up front what they are paying for no surprises. We also realized that the type of equipment used for services like air duct cleaning has an impact on service delivery. That's why we opted for a portable method of air duct cleaning that is just as effective as louder truck mounted Equipment but not as intrusive to neighbors and others.     These professionals responded in a very timely manner and began trouble-shooting our problem over the phone. We will take the first suggestion that we can actually do ourselves and if we still have a problem with our chimney, we will call them back. We could tell that they had that intuitive knowledge that only comes with many years of experience in the business.

    I was hesitant to have them come out because of my conversation with Gleason. I felt as I was just bring passed on to someone else and that he didn't have the time for me. Luckily, his father-in-law, was a very nice man and gave me the time and made me feel good about choosing this company. If you make it past Gleason, Tom is the right guy for the job. Very Helpful... I would have left a 5 star rating if I didn't have that initial bad customer experience. Tom was on time, called and verified location and time.

we have worked with both Twin cities Metro and some Wisconsin home owners and businesses for over 20 years.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently performed a chimney repair in Mound West Tonka on a lake front property with not a lot of room to maneuver Regardless our guys did a great job and I just received a call from the customer's friend in Edina asking if we can come give her an estimate on her project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We encourage customers to remember that the lowest price is sometimes an indicator of quality and level of service.

Customers should always ask some basic questions such as how long has the company been in business and always of course ask for professional references and even examples of their past work.
