- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing that is based on the fair market value. On insurance claims we utilize Xactimate pricing that is recognized by all insurance carriers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is real simple. 1. We meet with you to discuss your project. 2. We'll take measurements for what we need to put together a proposal. 3. We'll take that information we gathered at your property and put a proposal together to review with you. 4. If you decide to move forward we will finalize all the details on a written contract and collect a down-payment to get you on the schedule. (Note: if you're project is financed - we can get started with no money down) 5. Your project manager and our production manager will notify you of the schedule for work to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some of our staff are HAAG engineer certified. We are also lead paint certified. Energy auditor certified. VSI - Vinyl siding institute
