I can enthusiastically recommend Roofs R Us Minnesota. Everyone I communicated with at RRU was pleasant, informative, timely and professional. We had a pleasant & satisfactory experience getting our 25+ year old roof replaced with Roofs R Us Minnesota. Erik Hofer provided initial inspection and estimate for new roof. He was very patient with me answering all my questions - probably more than once and made my decision making process pretty painless. We were informed of every step of the job beforehand and once our job was scheduled we were again kept abreast of what would be happening and when. Moises (Moses) Pacheco, the on site project manager, also kept us abreast of events as they were happening and was available for questions and discussed last minute, on site, decisions we needed to make. The crew showed up got to work and before you knew it - it was done and all cleaned up! Moses also took some extra care with our project for which we are very grateful.

The representative Matt from Roofs R Us was on time for the appointment, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He was respectful of my home, asked to go up on my roof and came back down and showed me the condition of my roof on a video he took, no other contractor offered this type of evaluation, one estimator went on the roof and then told me what he saw, another only looked from the ground, others didn't look at all. Matt also was excellent on answering any questions and getting back to me: he also completed an additional item to my gutter system that wasn't on the original estimate. The installation crew showed up on time and were also friendly, and respectful of my home. They completed an excellent installation in one day as promised and were very detailed about all their work, especially clean up of nails and other debris. The foreman and General Supervisor were excellent communicators and always answered any questions and returned all my phone calls. The staff at the office also were very helpful and friendly! I was most pleased by the whole experience of having this project done by Roofs R Us!I highly recommend them!

Roofs R Us did a great job for me. They handled virtually all aspects of my roof replacement following a hail storm. Once I filled my initial insurance claim, they assumed full project management with with the insurance company, the city (permits and inspections), my gutter cover vendor, and copper accent roof supplier. They worked closely with the insurance company adjuster to get all of the work that needed to be done covered, and obtain full coverage for everything I needed to pay to get a complete job done. The timeliness and quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Best of all, Luke and Erik were fabulous communicators, proactively keeping me informed on the status of the claim and work, and promptly responding to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Roofs R Us for any roofing issues.

Mark was very thorough in providing an estimate for the roof and then when he called to get the roof done a couple weeks before he had originally told me, I was very happy. The only thing he did not tell me was that the attic would end up with lots of debris from the tear off and wish I had know that so I could have moved stuff out so it wouldn't have gotten covered. Since I was not home during the roofing job, my neighbors told me the crew did a good job and the roof does looks great. I had trouble getting in touch with Moises, the roofing project manager, but we finally connected and did a walk through. The crew had damaged a downspout and Moises was willing to replace it. There was also a shingle that had blown up and he fixed that while he was there. All in all, Roofs R Us did a very good job and I would recommend them.
