- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer one free trial/consult to each student to discuss goals and level of experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an introductory get to know you lesson, if it's a good fit we introduce repertoire and more difficult warm ups. I try to come up with a theme for my students each week "consistency" "legato (smooth sound)" "intent" and then teach that theme to the level of each student.
