- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base rate for Form 1040 is $125. Additional forms (i.e. Sch A, Sch C, Sch D, Sch E) range from $0-$35 depending on complexity. Main state forms and electronic filing is always included in the base rate. Additional states may be extra. All fees are discussed before the forms are completed, so there are no hidden charges. Military discount offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am new to the area, so I like to meet new clients face-to-face. We set up a time and go over their information. If it is complete, their tax return will usually be ready in less than an hour. They are free to wait or I will send the completed information to them in a secure digital format for review before electronic filing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Tax Preparer with the IRS. I have an A.S. in Business, but more importantly I have 15+ years of additional training and experience.
