What you liked about Drew’s training methods: I liked how he motivated me during the times when my body felt like giving up. It was important to me because I tend not to push myself past my limits when I workout. I also appreciated how he constantly gave me comments/feedback during or after each set of exercises. I was able to correct myself right away or at least become more conscious of my form while doing the exercises. Moreover, the progression of the program was paced very well and I felt myself improving with every session. The repetition and variation of exercises were effective in building consistency and strength, and the addition of new ones made it fun and more challenging each time. What you learned during your personal training: The whole training method that I was given was the biggest lesson learned. Through it I got to know my body more, what my strengths and weaknesses are when it comes to working out. This awareness has taught me what exactly I need to work on so I could target those and be more efficient when I go to the gym.
