FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing packages vary. They are based on how extensive and detailed a project is. Pricing is calculated by how meetings and time spent for pre-production planning, as well as filming prices are based on half-day (up to 5 hours) and full-day (up to 10 hours) rates. Editing the project is an hourly rate based on an estimation of how long it can take to edit a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial communication is typically done over phone or email. I like to get the details of what kind of video the client needs. Once I know the project and meet the client in person, I like to get to know them a little more in order to get an idea of what kind of theme or tone the project should have. I may ask a lot of questions in order to get as much detail about the project as I can in order to help the production and editing process go more smoothly for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Screenwriting at Metropolitan State University and studied video production at Century College.
