Lydia Violin Studio

Introduction: Lydia Miller is a highly-skilled violin teacher, as evidenced by the many successes of her students. From winning competitions, to earning positions in top youth orchestras and the All-State orchestra, her students continue to achieve their goals. Lydia teaches students of all abilities, ages 5 through adult. Students have weekly private lessons and bi-monthly group lessons. The group lessons offer the students the opportunity to practice performing, play with other students of the same level, and have social time and support from students working towards the same goals. Students have many performance opportunities during the year, from informal recitals to nursing home performances to the annual Spring recital. Through the group classes, many students in the studio have become good friends, as they work towards common goals and support each other through the process. The parents also enjoy getting to know each other, and having other parents to reach out to when looking for support and practice incentive suggestions!
