They worked with us throughout every step to make sure we were informed, and that everything was the way we wanted it. Jordan Peterson was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and earned my business. He and the owner Dragomir Perzhu both came out several times to inspect and work with insurance companies as well as oversee my roof and skylight replacement. They pushed to make sure the insurance companies paid for all damage. Their workers were top notch.... I don't think I've ever seen people work so hard to get the job done before bad weather hit. They protected everything on the house and grounds and cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend them!!

Perzhu Construction did a great job for us on several projects this summer, including a roof replacement, roof modifications for better water flow, repairing water-damaged siding, and a shower remodel (involving new tiles, which were beautifully installed). We were impressed with the consistently high quality of work, craftsmanship, attention to detail, creativity in solving tricky issues and overall professionalism. Communication was excellent, from dealing with our insurer effectively on the roof issues, to being sure we understood project options and were on the same page when deciding on project scope and making modifications when needed.
