Perzhu Construction did a great job for us on several projects this summer, including a roof replacement, roof modifications for better water flow, repairing water-damaged siding, and a shower remodel (involving new tiles, which were beautifully installed). We were impressed with the consistently high quality of work, craftsmanship, attention to detail, creativity in solving tricky issues and overall professionalism. Communication was excellent, from dealing with our insurer effectively on the roof issues, to being sure we understood project options and were on the same page when deciding on project scope and making modifications when needed.
