My photo shoot with Nicole was fantastic! I was super nervous going into it just cuz I'm self-conscious and thought I'd be uneasy in front of the camera. Nicole did a great job prepping me on fashionable men's wear and current styles! My teenage Daugther, who loves to shop, had fun picking out new shirts and ties with me on our daddy Daugther date and it all just came together organically. While in Nicole's brand new studio she made me feel very comfortable and made me laugh and giggle. Those photos, in those moments, were the BEST........I'm very pleased on the entire experience! She was also able to have the photos edited quickly. I look forward to working with Little Mac Design and Nicole in the coming months on outside architectural photos for my Real Estate website once spring hits! Thank you

Dan did an outstanding job with my real estate listing photos. I had a photographer cancel at the last minute and Dan called me immediately was not only able to keep the same exact day for the photo shoot, he sent me the photos within 12 hours of the shoot. The photos of the home are incredible and I will most definitely call Dan for my real estate photos in the future. I'm impressed!

Robb did a great job on our project. He was easy to work with from the start ad did a great job working with our difficult schedule. He did a photo shoot and drone video for a commercial real estate project for us and everything turned out great. The photos are high quality and exactly what we were looking for. The drone video was very impressive and he did a great job giving us exactly what we wanted and he also added some things on his own which really made the video special. He was very responsive and did a great job making edits and changes we wanted. Overall, it was a great experience and my company will definitely use Robb in the future.

Louie wasn't the first real estate agent I have ever worked with. Ive purchased and sold several houses in my life. What stood out with Louie was his punctuality, knowledge of the process and willingness to help.     Real estate agents and real estate brokers both help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, real estate brokers are licensed to manage their own real estate businesses. Real estate agents cannot have their own real estate office and must work under a broker. Real estate brokers often have real estate firms and employ real estate agents.     When you’re hiring a real estate agent you want to find a qualified pro who can negotiate the best deal for your home — whether you’re buying or selling. Reading reviews will help you weed out obvious bad operators; you want to work with someone who treats their clients with fairness and respect. That said, you also want someone who can play hardball and maximize your real estate deal. Ask for references from recent clients, and be sure to call them.

    What do real estate agents charge?

    Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent. The two agents receive 5 percent to 6 percent of the final home sale price and split it evenly, meaning they each earn roughly 2.5 percent to 3 percent of the total home sale. If you are a home seller, you may have fees associated with the sale that are above and beyond the commission the agents earn. The real estate agent may have you pay marketing fees, MLS fees, early cancellation fees, or more. Always ask pricing details before signing a contract so you clearly understand your financial obligations. Here are some of the average (and common) costs that can arise when selling a home:
