We use the same pricing program as the insurance companies, which allows us to check their paperwork, correct or add items that may be missing, and verify that the pricing you have received is fair and at market value for your repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with an inspection on the property. The inspection is free and it allows us to see the overall condition of your property. This will let us know if you have a valid claim and should get your insurance company involved. If there is no damage, we are happy to inform you of the good news.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend doing your research on the companies, check references and make sure the person your working with has the knowledge to get the best outcome for you in the claims process. I will have no problems with making it a smooth and easy process!
