- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing off of square footage, along with bedroom and bathroom count. We offer discounts for reoccurring services as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to hear exactly what you are looking for out of a clean, whether that be basic, deep, or move in/out cleaning. To properly provide new customers with the best service, we will need to know the square footage of the home as well as other details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have 5+ years of cleaning experience u see their belts.
