I actually called Lawrence Connolly for my sister who is going through an (unexpected) divorce. I agreed to her request for me to find a PI so that she could set her mind at ease as far as who her husband had been seeing where and where he had been going. It Had been eating her up alive. I completed short form online and within an hour Lawrence had called me back. He answered all of my questions and more and great detail He had a lot of empathy for my sisters situation and seem to be an honest street forward kind of person who also had empathy for the situation. I called other companies or should I say firms before calling him and some of them charged up words to $1,000 a day I have the feeling that they did not want to help somebody who had who had a budget that they needed to step too. I even found that one of the other agencies had even offered me something that was against the law and I certainly don't want to get into that. Lawrence sent me a contract to forward to my sister It was very detailed explaining everything what it cost questions that he would need to have answered before he could begin his investigation for us. Everything was well explained. I have relayed all this information to my sister and should she decide to go in this direction We will come back here when it's over and will report another review but for now I can say it is easy to talk to Lawrence Conley and he will answer your questions honestly

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its $75 per Hour with a 5 hour minimum for all services which may include expends such as mileage, Lodgings, travel cost, (This does not apply to process serving). Discounts are offered depending on the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the potential client on the phone or through thumbtack messager and get a bit more information on there situation to see if I am able to assist them or if I need to refer them to another agency that maybe more accommodating. If client is interested in service then we set up a time to meet to fill out a "Service Agreement"( a contracted that guarantees that I conduct services advertised and the client pays for services regardless of the outcome.) After service is complete I meet up with the client to give him all information gathered during service along with the original copy of the Service Agreement and Invoice upon receiving final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of the University of Washington Private Investigation and Law Program. Annual P.I training courses and seminars through MAPI.
