Nicole is amazing. I was looking for something to compliment my running; something to help me with both flexibility and core strength. Yoga seemed to be a good option. Frankly, I did not think I would enjoy it very much. But I thought I'd give it a shot. After six weeks with Nicole, I'm LOVING it. Plus, Nicole is the perfect teacher: knowledgeable, patient, supportive. She really listened to what I was looking for (unlike so many teachers who only seek to impose their program), and built a program around that. She is personable, but highly professional. I am a ERYT 500 Hr. Yoga instructor. I have specialized training in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga to Tone, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pranayama techniques, meditation, Mantra, Yantra, and Adaptive Yoga. I am also trained in reiki therapy. In addition I have been trained in Ayurveda and am able to assess and design a plan of action to help you work towards finding balance in all aspects of your being. I love teaching privates, small groups, and large groups. I also love designing special classes for specific occasions. For example, a full or new moon practice to do around the full or new moon. A practice for detoxification, one for fresh starts, heart practices and more.

Jen has become one of my favorite yoga instructors! She helps make a "judgment-free" class for all attending a session. I may not be the most-advanced yogi, or smallest person in the class, but I always free welcome and comfortable. I really like how she takes the time at the beginning and end of each class to help us find our breath and still our minds, which is so important to a good practice. Personally, I like how she gives you time to flow through a series at your own pace and breath. I just close my eyes and lose myself in the poses... Oh, and I should not forget to mention her awesome playlists and scalp massages!!! All this explains why I have to sign-in almost 2-months in advance to secure an open spot in her classes.
Alex is a very accommodating and supportive individual. I had scheduling mishaps come up and she was so flexible with my crazy schedule. She made sure I had all of the materials I would need for our time together, and that I knew exactly what to expect. I loved working with her and I cannot wait until next time!

When it comes to teaching, I never "phone it in." I spend a lot of time planning efficient and interesting classes and organizing fun playlists to go with them. I want you to look forward to coming to my classes and not just come because you know you should exercise.

I provide Thai massage, group yoga classes and therapeutic yoga. Thai Massage consists of assisted stretches and acupressure techniques to relieve tight joints and muscles. Group yoga classes can range from beginning to advanced and restorative to active. It is great for corporate or on-site settings. Therapeutic yoga targets a client's specific needs to achieve unique goals and outcomes.

Doga is human yoga, where they bring dogs to class! Dogs are used to enhance the benefits of yoga and the bond with your pet! The students receive the full benefit of an intensive yoga class with added benefit of enhanced stretch and weight of the Dogis! I can also instruct meditation, chair yoga, and leadership courses.
