Silly Miss Tilly is an amazing entertainer!! She has the ability to make both adults and children laugh and be astounded by her talent with balloons. It's easy to see she truly loves what she does. Silly Miss Tilly came to my daughter's 8th birthday party. She taught the girls how to twist and tie a few different balloon pieces. She entertained them for 2 straight hours. She was amazing. All the girls still talk about it and a few have bought their own supplies to try it out themselves!
