- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty straight forward. We charge $120/per hour with an hour minimum to come out to your house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day! Technology changes so quickly that you must stay vigilant in acquiring new knowledge and staying up to date with what is new. We take weekly trips to Best Buy and the Apple Store to see what is new. We are constantly reading reviews of new products, watching videos, and reading articles about the technology world.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients range from their 20's all the way into their 90's. People often need our services due to being frustrated with their technology and we love to change that into a positive experience.
