Mike helped with setting up new computer, transferring data over from old computer, and making sure everything was running as expected - in our home. It took him 2-1/2 hrs to complete all. We are extremely pleased with his promptness, efficiency, and proficiency. He explained things in laymans terms as he was working. A couple of email questions after he left our home and all is working terrific. He even took the time to help with an issue my husband was having with our tv. Mike was very helpful to get my computer and IPad secured after someone had gotten into my email and sent out an email in my name. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is pretty straight forward. We charge $120/per hour with an hour minimum to come out to your house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every day! Technology changes so quickly that you must stay vigilant in acquiring new knowledge and staying up to date with what is new. We take weekly trips to Best Buy and the Apple Store to see what is new. We are constantly reading reviews of new products, watching videos, and reading articles about the technology world.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Clients range from their 20's all the way into their 90's. People often need our services due to being frustrated with their technology and we love to change that into a positive experience.
