Introduction: Are you struggling with depression or anxiety, and would like to make life changes? Have you been faced with transitions, such as career shift, relocating, or relationship struggles? Leaving a partner or community can be isolating and painful. Being in a supportive environment and working together, we can find positive solutions to life's problems. I am a licensed psychologist with experience counseling adults and adolescents in various settings. I have found that a sense of humor and honesty create positive relationships. I am glad to offer group and individual therapy.
