We are the Minnesota's only DJ/Night of Coordinator couple! for 15 years our work stands out because we offer DJ/MC, Night of Coordinator, planner, sound, wireless mic, dance floor lighting everything is included at a flat rate! NO!!! hidden fees , charges, and set/take down is always on us! We keep up to date with the latest music and trends, and mix with the old and able to hit every genre in between. We pride ourselves on our past couples reviews and requests, which is why half our booking are referrals. Other services we provide are Candy Buffet, Day of Coordinator, Planning, up lighting, & Officiating We love to see people having a great time by the music and light show we play for them, and the most rewarding is to hear how great & memorable the music was at their event.

amazing job, very professional! I used The Big Event Twin Cities for my candy buffet at my wedding and it was a huge hit! They set up everything, brought all the supplies and decor they would need-it was the easiest vendor to work with! I highly recommend them for any event!

Jen and Jason (the wonderful faces behind The Big Event Twin Cities) were absolutely incredible to work with on (and before!) our wedding day - I really have to credit them for things going as smoothly as they did! We hired Jen as our day-of coordinator, and boy, was she on top of things! She dealt with finding a place for all my decorations, helping my florist with a last minute emergency, dealing with the cupcake delivery, and really just talked to everyone so I could relax and enjoy the day. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for her being there - I knew my wedding was in good hands and that she would take care of everything. Jason was our DJ extraordinaire (although he also showed up early with Jen and did other wonderful set-up work as well). He was so patient when Sydney and I were stupidly indecisive about our songs, and really knew how to work the crowd. There was never really a moment when the dance floor emptied out - he kept people up and moving, and I loved every minute of it! Overall, I absolutely 100% recommend both Jen and Jason for any and all of your wedding needs - they are so fun and down to earth, but also incredibly professional and know how to make your day just perfect!
