Brian's walkthrough was very thorough. He explained what is was looking for and the process used to eradicate the problem. He was very professional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were out 3 times in 3 months and I still had spiders in my house. They trick you into signing a contract - saying this is your receipt for the days service. Then they tell you when you call to cancel that you can cancel anytime without a fee which is also a lie. The customer service rep Celia was very rude on the phone. Definitely buyer beware with this company. They are not there to help or listen to their customers.Oct 6, 2014VerifiedRob G.'s reply
I'm sorry to hear that you had such a confusing experience, but I am grateful for the feedback so we may work to improve as a company. We have put the contract and service invoice on completely separate documents in order to avoid confusion between the receipt and the contract, but we understand confusion may still occur. Controlling spiders and ants can be a process especially when starting in the middle of the summer. In some cases 3 visits would be overkill, but in other cases it is not near enough. Whether with us or any other pest control company, the key is communication. As part of your service agreement, you have unlimited return visits between at no extra charge available to you as long as you complete the regular visits. We wish we would have known something needed attention over the last 3 months, but we are happy to jump on it now.
