We offer a 10% discount to military, veterans, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the COVID environment, we can operate in-person or 100% online. We have the technology not only to host meetings but also securely transmit your tax documents. However our two step process is the same. If your return is straightforward and we've prepared your returns in the past, this could be done in one meeting! The first step get to know each other and collect documents. Usually, a person provides documents and we discuss a questionnaire to have a mutual discussion about your tax situation and life so we can apply any and all opportunities to your return. The second step happens when your return is complete. We review the return, answer any questions, and receive permission to electronically file.
