- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After fixing up 3 of my own houses, I realized I love the flexibility of handyman work and I love helping people. I invested a lot of money into tools so I figured doing this for a job would probably be a good idea.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I replaced two basement window with glass block windows. In doing so I re-vented the dryer to work properly and now their basement is much warmer and dryer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your gut. Talk with the handy person and get a feel if you would trust them with your home. The hired person should treat your home like it was their own.
