- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am self employed with very little overhead. This allows me to offer my service at a lower fee than Floral Shops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person to discuss your big day. This helps me get to know you and the style you are looking for. Once we have decided what I will be creating for you we can communicate with email, text or calls. It’s a busy time for you and I don’t want to take up too much of that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born into the floral business. My parents owned and operated a thriving shop where I first started my trade. I have owned my own floral business, worked for high end florists and owned a destination wedding business in Mexico.
