- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Assembly fee is based on $50 per hour per assembler (one hour minimum), and then charged in half hour increments after one hour. Flat fee bids are available upon request. A $25 trip fee may apply if travel time is more than one hour round trip to and from the job site. Payment can be made via cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally the customer will call or email with a list of items that require assembly. I will provide an estimate for how long the assembly will take and approx. cost. We will then determine an appointment time that will work for their schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of furniture assembly experience. For 8 years, I was an independent assembly service provider for IKEA. I am hardworking, efficient and cost-effective.
