We purchased a lot of furniture from IKEA and I'd still be assembling stuff if I had chosen to tackle project myself. Thanks Julie - you were great. Would absolutely hire again. DDJul 15, 2019Verified
I’ve never paid for furniture assembly before and I can’t believe how affordable and easy the process was. Putting together my new bed frame/headboard would have taken me HOURS and I would have ended up missing a few steps or doing a few things wrong, and this way it was done right and well in under an hour! Professional, friendly, thorough, speedy, and affordable. I’ll definitely be working with assembly specialists next time I have something to put together and will be talking her up to friends too. Highly recommend!Jul 12, 2019Verified
Julie and Scott came out to the site right on time, and immediately started working. They were very professional, and had a great knowledge base of the furniture that they assemble. We plan on using them in the future for any customers we have in the MSP area. Great work!Jul 18, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Assembly fee is based on $50 per hour per assembler (one hour minimum), and then charged in half hour increments after one hour. Flat fee bids are available upon request. A $25 trip fee may apply if travel time is more than one hour round trip to and from the job site. Payment can be made via cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Generally the customer will call or email with a list of items that require assembly. I will provide an estimate for how long the assembly will take and approx. cost. We will then determine an appointment time that will work for their schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 10 years of furniture assembly experience. For 8 years, I was an independent assembly service provider for IKEA. I am hardworking, efficient and cost-effective.
