In order to keep my vehicle stocked with a wide variety of hardware, torsion springs and tools that will be needed for the job, we do charge a service call fee of $120.
that service call fee will be waived if a service of above $350 is purchased.
In addition to that discount, I offer a free tune-up with the purchase and installation of new springs and / or cables.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to verify the work that needs to be done. Afterwards we discuss how I will go about fixing that issue. Then I give you the price of the service, if you agree to the pricing I can usually start the work right away if I don't need to order special parts. I keep my vehicle stocked with most hardware that would be needed for a fix.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a 3 month ride along with a master garage door technician.
