Zach went through my house and took lots of photos. So how I am going through suggestions like cutting back my trees so they don't hang over the roof. I got the inspection so I could know the condition of my 22 year old house. Very useful and informative. The list included 37 items to fix so I have got my work organized for me.
Zach was really great to work with he was very thorough and detailed with the inspection. He was also very prompt with any questions we had.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate via email or phone to discuss the inspection process. After that I request a time to inspect the property and am able to send the report within 12 hrs

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I moved back to St Paul from Chicago, I was looking for a career change and wanted to work for myself in the housing industry. Home inspections are a great way for me to share my knowledge with you so that you feel comfortable with your new home!
