- We had horrible luck trying to find a professional to install our flooring.
Dealing with "no shows" to "overpriced" installers for months... we nearly gave up and got ourselves. Which would've been scary mess to say the least!
Bay showed up on time ready to work, professional and followed COVID-19 protocols at all times.
Communication is one of Bay's strengths, which I think is the most important to get the project done successfully.

I was looking for a solid hardwood floor installation and reached out to multiple people on Thumbstack. I got multiple estimates and Bay looks like is giving me the best price/value. He’s got less number of reviews but the reviews are all very good. o I decided to have a try. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work that is done.
Bay showed up on time everyday, is very polite and professional. He addressed my feedback quickly every time I had a concern or a question. He is also very much getting into the details. Before starting to work on a particular area, he would go over with me and explain all my options and the potential issues he could get into. We always chat and settle down on a solution and he would deliver!
Highly recommend bay to all others who are looking for hardwood floor installation.

He was also gracious with his time and answered my questions about some other items in our home. We will be calling him again.
