I’m a member of InterNACHI and completed my formal training through Kaplan Real Estate, including a year‑long residency with a home inspection company before founding Red Oak Inspection in 2022.
I’m committed to making the inspection process clear and informative. During each inspection, I walk clients through the home so they fully understand the systems, conditions, and maintenance needs. Afterward, I deliver a detailed report within 24 hours, complete with photos and clear explanations to support confident decision‑making.
Before becoming a home inspector, I worked as a handyman for 15 years and specialized in HVAC after graduating from Dunwoody in HVACR. This hands‑on experience gives me a deep understanding of how homes work and allows me to provide inspections that are both comprehensive and practical.

Andrew contacted me within a day to schedule an inspection. Nice guy, knows this area well. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very efficient with his work. I was able to get all of the things I was worried about looked at and addressed on the spot. He was able to find stuff that was easily fixable and noted more major issues that would require professional work. I would highly recommend him to other looking for a home inspector.

My spouse and I were impressed and thankful for the thorough inspection Andy did for us. Though the house had a detailed report from the city of Richfield, Andy found critical issues that were not listed in the report. He made us aware of potential issues and things that would need to be repaired or replaced in the near future. Andy coordinated the sewer scope as well as doing the radon test, making the process easy for us. He was great at explaining things in ways we could understand and making sure we knew the good about the house as well as the bad. We really appreciated the detailed information with photos in the final report. Can’t recommend Red Oak Inspection enough!
