Hi! I’m Andy. I bring a strong background in HVAC, building systems, and building code to provide clients with thorough, reliable home inspections. I’m a member of InterNACHI and completed my formal training through Kaplan Real Estate, including a year‑long residency with a home inspection company before founding Red Oak Inspection in 2022. I’m committed to making the inspection process clear and informative. During each inspection, I walk clients through the home so they fully understand the systems, conditions, and maintenance needs. Afterward, I deliver a detailed report within 24 hours, complete with photos and clear explanations to support confident decision‑making. Before becoming a home inspector, I worked as a handyman for 15 years and specialized in HVAC after graduating from Dunwoody in HVACR. This hands‑on experience gives me a deep understanding of how homes work and allows me to provide inspections that are both comprehensive and practical. I look forward to working with you.
