FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
💰 What Customers Should Know About My Pricing & Discounts My pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning, and how much time and detail the job will take. I offer clear, flat-rate pricing so there are no surprises, and I always provide a full breakdown of what’s included before the job starts. For deep cleans or move-out cleanings, prices are a bit higher due to the extra time and detail involved. I may also ask for photos beforehand to give the most accurate quote. ✨ Discounts Available: • Weekly Cleanings – 15% off • Bi-weekly Cleanings – 10% off • Monthly Cleanings – 5% off Add-on services like laundry, inside appliances, or baseboards are available for a small extra fee and can be added anytime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
🧽 My Process When Working With a Customer I start with a quick conversation to understand what the customer needs — the size of the space, the type of cleaning, and any special requests. For deep cleaning projects, I sometimes ask for photos ahead of time to better understand the condition and give an accurate quote. I also ask if the customer prefers me to bring my own products or use theirs, and if they have any specific brands they like used in their home. Once we go over everything, I provide a clear price, explain what’s included, and show up fully prepared. After the job, I do a full walk-through. If the customer isn’t home, I send a follow-up with pictures or a video so they can see the results and feel confident everything was done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
🧼 My Experience & Training Most of my training comes from hands-on experience. I worked for a professional cleaning company where I learned how to properly clean different types of homes, use the right products, and manage time effectively. I’ve also taken what I’ve learned and built on it through real-world experience running my own business. Every job teaches me something new, and I take pride in always improving my skills.
