I have discounts available for monthly reoccurring customers. My hourly rate for tasks unrelated to cleaning range from $25-$35/hr.

My typical process depends on the job at hand. Greeting my customers and letting them know I am available is my first step. Talking with the customer to determine their needs. Then coming up with a plan of action, scheduling dates and times. I do communicate via text, email or phone to make things as accessible as I can for my customers.

I have a Master’s degree in Social Work and have been working in this field for the last 12 years. Prior to that I worked in customer service for 10+ years in different settings. My positions and education provided me with a wide range of skills that are transferable.
