We would definitely hire Help When You Need It again! Breanna is responsive and her husband Darrell did an excellent job with our windows. My husband (who was initially skeptical about hiring for this job) keeps commenting about how clean the windows are now!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have discounts available for monthly reoccurring customers. My hourly rate for tasks unrelated to cleaning range from $25-$35/hr.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My typical process depends on the job at hand. Greeting my customers and letting them know I am available is my first step. Talking with the customer to determine their needs. Then coming up with a plan of action, scheduling dates and times. I do communicate via text, email or phone to make things as accessible as I can for my customers.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Master’s degree in Social Work and have been working in this field for the last 12 years. Prior to that I worked in customer service for 10+ years in different settings. My positions and education provided me with a wide range of skills that are transferable.
