In my initial review of Twin Maids, I provided a 2-star review as there were certain items that were not cleaned to my satisfaction. Most notably, the toilets weren't cleaned well, there were a few doors that they never cleaned behind, because they didn't bother moving them and the fireplace was never cleaned even though it specifically discussed when booking the appointment. Due to my 2-star review, Twin Maids offered a re-clean if I agreed to amend my original review based on the results of the additional cleaning effort. To their credit, their crew showed up on time and did a great job re-cleaning my house. It was thorough and all of the areas I felt they missed in the initial visit were taken care of.
Adjusting my review to 4 stars. The final results were good, but the hassle to get there was not ideal.

I booked my cleaning through Twin Maids' website which was very easy and fast. There are many options and levels of cleaning, and I was able to select exactly what I wanted. When I got home the maid had already finished the job, and my place looked great. It was so nice to come home to a clean house. I had booked a one time cleaning, but I'm definitely going to be booking more cleanings. The price and services are too great not to!

Twin Maids did a fantastic job. Followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the service and answered all my questions. I had made a few special requests and they did above and beyond what I imagined. Very cool. I have booked them for my next cleaning!

Update: Twin Maids immediately offered me a re-cleaning with a different team or a full refund after hearing about my bad cleaning experience. I think I had bad luck with a good company.
Initial Review: Showed up late and did not do a very good job cleaning. Oven is still dirty, under the fridge is filthy, and they did not clean inside all the drawers as agreed. They also broke one of my blinds.
