Step 2: On-Site Staging Consultation - A 60–90 minute walk-through of the property to assess layout, furniture, flow, lighting, and focal points. - We provide professional recommendations on decluttering, depersonalization, furniture placement, paint touch-ups, and small updates to enhance buyer appeal. - You’ll receive a custom Staging Prep Checklist for getting your home market-ready. Step 3: Proposal & Scheduling - Based on the consultation, we’ll provide a flat-rate quote for staging services, including any optional add-ons (e.g., accessory rentals). - Once approved, we’ll schedule a staging day based on your listing timeline or photo shoot date. Step 4: Staging Day - Our team arrives with accessories and styling tools (pillows, throws, artwork, florals, etc.). - We spend 4–6 hours styling key areas of the home, including entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and bathrooms. - Furniture is rearranged (if needed) for optimal flow and visual appeal, using your existing pieces. Step 5: Final Review & Photo Prep - We do a full walkthrough to ensure each room is polished and ready for photography. - We’ll coordinate with your real estate agent or photographer if needed and offer light adjustments the day of your photo shoot. Step 6: Support Through Listing - We remain available for light touch-ups or layout suggestions during the active listing period (within 2 weeks of staging). Optional: Add-on services available for re-staging or open house prep if needed. Step 4: Design Development & Concept Boards We bring your vision to life with: - Mood boards, color palettes, space planning - Furniture, lighting, and décor selections - Visual design mockups (2D/3D options available) We’ll walk you through everything in a collaborative presentation and revise based on your feedback. Step 5: Procurement & Project Coordination We’ll handle ordering, vendor coordination, delivery scheduling, and tracking. You’ll receive regular updates so you always know what’s happening. Step 6: Installation & Styling The exciting part! Once items arrive, we schedule your install day: - Furniture placement - Accessory styling - Final touches to bring your space to life This is when your space truly transforms. Step 7: Final Walkthrough & Design Guide We complete a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is just right. You’ll also receive a Design Lookbook with care instructions, paint colors, and styling tips to maintain the space.
