Ryan was hired after a previous botched paint job. To say we were gun-shy about hiring another was an understatement. Ryan took that mess and made it all look good. He did a great job on our cabinets and was a great communicator throughout the project. He charges a fair price for very good work. We recommend. Posting our before and after photo.
Details: Both, wall and base cabinets • 11-15 cabinets • Wood stain • Full repainting in lighter color • No, I would like the professional to supply the paint • Homeowner

We hired Ryan to paint our kitchen cabinets and could not be happier with the final result. Not only was Ryan's craftsmanship is exactly what we were hoping for, but he communicated well with us throughout the duration of the project, and was flexible with the few changes we wanted to make along the way. We highly recommend cutting edge painting to anyone looking a top notch quality finish, and stress free experience.

Ryan did a GREAT job. He met and exceed expectations. Easy to have in the home, takes his work very seriously. Cleaned up well and kept the area he was working contained. We had him spay enamel custom built in bookcases. No drips clean all around. He also had to spray the 24 shelves.

We hired Cutting Edge Painting to paint the trim and shutters on the front of our house. Ryan took a lot of care in working with the paint store to match the colors accurately. He also worked hard to make sure the painting was completed to our satisfaction. We would hire Cutting Edge Painting again if we needed painting work done.

Ryan did a great job painting my stucco house. The previous work was done poorly and a lot of chipping and peeling needed to be addressed. He thoroughly treated and sealed the numerous problem areas and patched routine cracks and blemishes. He was also incredibly responsive and accommodating when I had a change of heart about the paint I had chosen. The finished product was terrific! I'm happy that I chose to work with him and would do it again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality and craftsmanship of my work. In this industry the old saying, "you get what you pay for" really holds true. I truly believe my pricing is fair for what I can deliver, If you're just looking for the cheapest bid, respectfully, I am not the company to reach out to. That being said, I am not opposed to some negotiating. Please do not counter with half of the bid amount, but I am flexible, and do my best to work out a deal that's fair for both parties. If I am in the ball park, please feel free to let me know, and we can see if we can work out a deal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation with the homeowner. I discuss the details of the project, take photos of the kitchen, and explain the process from start to finish. I use that information to put together a quote that reflects the work needed. Quotes are emailed the same day.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a very kinesthetic person and enjoy working with my hands. After years of framing, tile setting and other trade jobs I tried painting. I really enjoyed this trade and became skilled quickly. I enjoy the process and craftsmanship required to complete each project.
