Shawn was awesome to work with. He came in at the last minute to paint a fairly large home in preparation for the house going on the market. He was very responsive and communicated what was happening very efficiently and regularly. We will definitely be recommending him to others.

Excellent workmanship and overall experience. Shawn is a true craftsman. He is not only a talented painter but a real perfectionist. He makes sure ever detail is prepped and addressed before beginning to paint. He actually smoothed trim gaps so woodwork flaws were barely noticeable, once painted. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inform new customers about things like "what exactly is a square foot ?" We like to work very closely consulting and communicating about for example color of paint, sheen of paint, lighting in the rooms, and any unique situation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would start by asking if the contractor has any type of guarantee on labor performed. ask about a written contract. Ask about their pricing system (how much up front?). Beware not to pay too much in advance. We charge small payments so there is no risk to our customers.
