- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a base price with a promotional period of 1 month. We want you to get to know us and vice versa, which is why we offer your first month for virtually nothing. During this time we will show how much value we can add to your online presence and how much real business this will bring you. Our base price after that first month is $849/month with some optional add-ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what the customer's goals are is the first huge step. We then develop an online marketing strategy to meet/exceed those goals. We find that most new customers aim too low to start, they really just want any sort of traffic and new business to come from their website that they just paid a fortune to get. We can do that, but we also seem to surprise them by getting a lot more traffic and a lot more business than they thought was possible - just by showing up in Google when people search for their service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under some of the top SEO minds before starting my own agency. Through my years of mastering their techniques and philosophies, I have learned some nuances of my own that seem to be highly effective. SEO is an ever changing practice and although you need a vast amount of education to understand the framework on which it runs, you can also become a pioneer in the field by understanding and capitalizing on the changes that often occur. I also have two B.S. degrees from the Carlson School of Management (the business school at the University of Minnesota): Entrepreneurial Management and International Business. My business school education has definitely taught me how important ROI is to a business and how to maximize it at every opportunity.
