- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have dynamic pricing as each event, party and corporate meeting have different needs including F&B, decor, venue selection, onsite management, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you, your likes and preferences, so we start with a "Kick Off Call", that takes about 30-60 minutes. We then have bi-weekly touch point meetings until the final month of the event, when we start to meet on a weekly basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in marketing and have over 20 years of event planning, marketing and communications global experience. I have recently highlighted my focus on smaller more intimate events and parties. I am also a certified event planner.
