With Ashley Assist LLC, you only pay for what you need! Our tiered hourly rates are tailored to the type of work you require—no retainers, no minimums, no packages. We keep things simple, flexible, and transparent so you get top-notch virtual support without any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 60-minute consultation to understand your needs and see how I can best support you. During this call, I’ll outline the immediate next steps, including any necessary onboarding. I also like to set up a recurring weekly check-in to ensure we stay aligned and on track right from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in Human Resources, but I’ve spent the last 9+ years working in various roles within education, most recently as Director of Operations, where I oversaw HR, Finance, Enrollment, and Marketing.
