Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a certified personal trainer and wellness coach, and I make fitness fun. With over 20 years of experience in education and kinesiology, I help women (and men!) lose weight, build strength, and feel amazing in their bodies without extreme diets or grueling workouts.

Rachel is a wonderful and positive coach. Super helpful as I was regaining strength after a long time away from workouts after a medical procedure. She gave me strength training and stretches that I could do from my home as well as positive reinforcement which made it all feel possible.
