Introduction: My name is Jess and my company is S&S Fitness. This is a virtual training system where I design a program for you and you do it in your own time at your own pace. You can workout in the comfort of your own home or actually use your gym membership, if you prefer. S&S Fitness is different from every other company in the area. We are small, very private, and focused entirely on results. Many of my clients, like you, are motivated to make a change but due to time or finances, haven't been able to work with a trainer in the past. That's why more and more people are coming to me for virtual training! For only $100 per month you get a full monthly program and a weekly yoga video to follow along with. You get access to healthy recipes on my exclusive website and a daily affirmation to motivate you for the rest of the day. The best part, each workout is designed specifically for you. Unlike those workout apps, I design your program based on your goals and the equipment you have available to you already, so you don't have to buy anything. A little about me: I have been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and have been in the fitness industry since 2003. I do not do cookie cutter programs and your fitness program will be personally designed by me to achieve your goals FAST. I am totally dedicated to helping my clients reach their fitness goals. And that's why they stick with me. When they reach their goals, the set new ones! So whether it's running your first marathon or losing the baby weight, we can work towards your goal, one drop of sweat at a time.

While I have not trained with Jess directly, I arranged for her to train my mother. She was extremely responsive to my inquiries & answered all questions. She kept in close touch & was patient during the process of scheduling the initial consultation. My mom had a great & positive response to her & had enjoyed her first sessions. I am a newbie as far as any type of workout is concerned. It has been 2 sessions with Jessica so far and i pretty much knew during my first session that I can do this( very encouraging for someone like me who falls first on the the procrastinator’s list of building a new habit). Jess is very good and knows her work. We had a video call before starting my workout sessions and she spent time to understand my health history and the kind of workout plan I need. I believe I made the right choice by hiring her as my personal fitness coach. I am very excited and looking forward to the workout sessions with her. I like everything about working with Jess for my personal yoga lessons. I started training with her in September with no experience with yoga.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer online training and in-person training for people within the Twin Cities.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We meet either by video chat or in person, make sure it is a good fit and talk more in depth about goals. Then I design a program for you and you get to try it out to make sure it's going to work for you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have to do continuing education to maintain my certifications. I am certified by the NSCA in Personal Training, and by NETA in Group Fitness. I am also a certified yoga instructor through YogaFit. I hold specialty certifications in TurboKick, NETA Pilates, Kettlebells, and Group Cycle. I am CPR and AED certified. All credentials are maintained and current.
