Brandi and her team were wonderful to work with during a particularly difficult time. She was responsive, flexible, and compassionate, understanding of the challenges of planning a Celebration of Life from another state. She and her team did a beautiful job, and I would certainly hire them again for a future event.

We hired BASH Events to Decorate our Moms 65th Surprise Masquerade Birthday Party, maybe a month before the event. When I tell you Brandi was the best please believe it, we live in Chicago but the party was taking place in Minnesota, she went and saw the venue for us because we literally booked everything from word of mouth and pictures, We told her what we wanted and she went above and beyond our expectations, she met us at the venue when we got in town, 4days before the date, did a walk though with us, At the last minute literally 2 days before the event the Caterer drop the ball and couldn’t Cater our event, (that’s a whole other store) No worries Bash to the rescue, Not only did BASH get us the same exact menu, they even set it up and stayed to serve the food for us, To be honest if we didn’t have them I don’t know what would’ve happened. My Mom was so happy she absolutely loved it! Everything was so beautiful and elegant with a little sexy, We’re just upset with ourselves because BASH is a 1 stop shop they do it all. We hired three different People, Bakery, DJ, Catering, and Literally they have all of that, at the time we didn’t know it, if your looking for Professional, Positive, Attention to every detail, Event Coordinator, Hands Down BASH is it, Tell them Ro & Boo says Hello

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask Lots of questions and I request inspiration photos. After initial consultation within 48 hours and estimate will be emailed for customer review, once signed, returned, and deposit is received, the email serves as the binding contract.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m a mother of 7 children and have been decorating birthday parties for 20+ years. I decided to take it up a notch and decorated a relatives 1st birthday party that was shared on social media many times. Here we are 2 years later, thriving, and taking on new and bigger projects daily.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Read reviews, get an estimate and contract signed, anticipate a deposit, have inspiration photos, ask lots of questions.
