FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All students are welcome to schedule a one-time lesson before committing to more. Regular lesson prices apply. If you wish to simply meet the teacher and/or introduce a child, we can do that, too, at no charge. If you wish to schedule a regular weekly lesson, those are invoiced quarterly, and prorated to the # of lessons remaining in the quarter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re ready to start lessons, potential new students may schedule online using Schedulicity, or email or call us for information and available openings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Music Education and Voice Pedagody. Our other instructors have studied at Century College and Berkeley College, including decades of private music instruction and professional performance experience.
