We used Kevin to sell our home in Minneapolis and to also help us find a dream home that both my husband and I liked (not easy to do!) last summer and he was outstanding.Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on our wants, along with the fact that we could potentially be THAT couple that is not the easiest to please. Kevin Dimmel stood out as the best fit for our needs.We spoke with Kevin and he took the time to answer our questions and provided us with a great link to homes we could search and tag so he was aware right away of what we were interested in and wanted to see.Kevin made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should). Once our decision was made to buy a home, Kevin handled everything (taking a lot of stress off us) and just let us come along for the ride! If you want a realtor that looks out for your best interests and is not all about their commission Kevin is your guy. I put Kevin through the gauntlet when I was looking for a house and he stood by me and helped me through every issue we ran into. Beware that you will end up with a true friend when all is done.

Kevin was great to work with! We were first time home buyers and followed his lead every step of the way. He was *very* honest and patient with us. The tools he gave us to look for a home-a web site and an app-were very easy to use and extremely helpful. He was always patient with ALL of our question and offered advice-he was also great at communicating with us through the entire process. We highly recommend Kevin and would use him again in a heart beat!

Kevin was a great Realtor. Very detailed in his searches and helpful in all categories. I had to give up on house hunting twice due to life events and Kevin stuck with me and my changing agenda for 3 years. I would recommend him for any home buying needs. On top of all of his help he was compassionate and showed real interest in helping us find a home.
