- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated I would rather be W2 but 1099 ok too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished my Masters Degree in Learning Technology in 2011, I completed a Project Management Certificate at the University and I read/receive email and online documentation to stay current.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I just started doing help desk for an administrative unit at the University and then accepted a position doing server support for another department. Just had a talent for software and discovered I had aptitude for hardware too.
