Seek the Truth Counseling

Introduction: As a Christian, licensed counselor, I believe God created us for fellowship with Him and with each other. Sadly, many Christians live lonely lives because they suffer from guilt or toxic shame brought on by distortions (lies) they believe about themselves or others. The fruits of these distortions can be unresolved toxic anger, resentments, anxiety or depression. At Seek the Truth Counseling, I help clients replace these inaccurate beliefs with God's truth which brings healing and freedom to their lives. I am trained in cognitive therapy, with focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also a Certified Anger Management Specialist I, and I provide Certificates of Completion for court- or employer-mandated participation. I meet with individuals, couples and groups concerned with, but limited to: toxic anger, stress, spiritual, recovery parenting, relationships, low self-esteem and emotional overload.
