- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll usually connect with a customer over the phone. After answering a few questions, and if we decide we'd be a good fit for one another, we'll set up a time to conduct a bid on the property. If the customer is satisfied, we'll then set up a time to complete the services!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 15 years old I was cleaning the garage for my dad. I found a set of old squeegees and asked my dad if he'd teach me to use them. I then decided it beat mowing lawns, so I went door to door around my neighborhood, and thus began my business!
