- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $25 flat just to remote into your computer and take a look. If we can't fix it that's all we will charge. If we fix the issue in less than 1 hour it's $75 total. If it will take longer, we'll let you know and the reasons for that and discuss the rate. If you are local in Minnesota and want us to come onsite, it's a $100 minimum for the first hour, then $50 an hour after. We can also quote flat rates for well defined problems or projects. We prefer to do many of the services remotely if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we connect, we'll discuss the problem, how and when it started and what you've already done to try to solve it. Then, we will come up with a plan of attack that we agree one and we'll get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years each of direct IT experience with a wide variety of technologies and software for both home and business. We hold Microsoft certification for a variety of components, including Microsoft Windows, Office and Azure - as well as Amazon Web Services.
