They are true professionals when it comes to carpet stretching. Very courteous and cleaned up well when they were done. Helped me get the furniture back in place as well.

We had a great experience with top quality floors. What started with us thinking we needed a repair ended with us replacing all our flooring in our homes main level. Top quality floors are definitely professionals when it comes to their products they know their products so well and not to mention the prices are unbeatable!not only did they give us a great price on the flooring but the installation was very affordable as well, they are quick and professional at installing! We are definitely going to be calling them again to do our upstairs. They beat all other installers prices! Definitely hire them for your next project

I would highly recommend avoiding this company due to its lack of professionalism communication and ability to be on time.
They picked the date to come supply a service. The date was picked by them not us. The morning of within 1.5 hrs of there arrival they canceled for the next day after us already taking the day off to handle everything.
The following day they choose they arrived 2 hrs late and decided they couldn't start to job and asked to come the next day.
We agreed but said it had to be done by a certain time we were guaranteed that this would be done before this time.
The next day they arrive 4 hours late and did not complete by guaranteed time. They asked to come back in an hr and half to finish. Fast forward over 4 hrs past this time after multi texts asking for an arrival update the wife of the person installing ( as this is the only way to communicate is thru her ) saying they were stuck in traffic and wouldn't come back at all that day and would need to the following day.
The final day they decided to cut wood in our garage and completely covered everything with a thick layer of dust. They broke pieces of trim and failed to overall complete the trim job.
When confronting them about the issues needing a resolution. They blamed my pregnancy multi times and accused us of making fake excuses not to pay a bill.
In addition to all of this they kept saying there was more sq footage then there actually is in my home. This is fact as 4 other professional companies have measured the space and came up with the same square footage. I was told by the wife that she under bid on accident. I feel they were trying to come up schemes to increase the bill.
Here is a full list of damage:
They caused major damage to a closet door resulting in it needing to be completely replaced
They broke trim around a banister and left it in pieces
They nails, dust and pieces of wood all over the driveway and bedrooms.
Improperly install trim overlapping over other trim while making it uneven on the sides
Using the wrong trim pieces and then not completely the trim job.
Weve had to now replace a door $300
And have multiple other companies come out to try to fix the job they did on the flooring.
Just avoid the headache go somewhere else.
